A businessman in Punjab has made headlines after gifting a ₹1 crore Rolex watch to his contractor in recognition of his exceptional work on a sprawling 9-acre estate. Gurdip Dev Bath, who commissioned the luxurious property, expressed his gratitude to contractor Rajinder Singh Roopra for his unwavering commitment to quality, timely delivery, and meticulous attention to detail.

The exquisite Rolex Oyster Perpetual Sky-Dweller, crafted in 18-carat yellow gold, features a signature Oyster bracelet with robust gold links and a stunning champagne-colored dial. Bath highlighted Roopra’s dedication, stating, “His commitment to timelines, coupled with a remarkable eye for detail, provided more than I could have asked for.”

Over two years, Roopra managed a daily workforce of more than 200 laborers to complete the expansive estate on schedule. Bath emphasized that the property is not merely a house but a “statement of grandeur,” carefully designed to reflect timeless elegance. The estate, executed by architect Ranjodh Singh, includes an impressive sweeping boundary wall, expansive halls, meticulously landscaped gardens, and unique architectural elements that blend style with practicality.

Roopra described the project as both a challenge and a rewarding experience, crediting the cohesive efforts of the entire workforce in bringing the vision to life. He expressed pride in completing such a large-scale and refined project that met and exceeded Bath’s expectations throughout the construction process.
