In response to escalating political turmoil in Bangladesh, both IndiGo and Air India have canceled their flights to and from Dhaka. The cancellations come in the wake of a severe crisis triggered by the resignation and subsequent departure of Bangladesh's Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.

IndiGo, India's largest airline, is celebrating its 18th anniversary with an 18% discount on flights and the introduction of a new business class product called ‘IndiGo Stretch’. The discount is available for bookings made through the IndiGo website and app using the code HAPPY18, valid until August 8, 2024.

Sanjeev Jain, CEO of Parsvnath Landmark Developers, was apprehended at Delhi's IGI airport following a dramatic 60-kilometer chase, according to the Delhi Police. Jain's arrest came in response to multiple non-bailable warrants issued against him for failing to appear before the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC).
