Tata Motors Ltd is preparing to break ground on a significant new manufacturing facility for Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) in Tamil Nadu. The ₹9,000 crore project, spanning over 400 acres of land near Panapakkam in Ranipet district, is slated to commence construction in September. The site, strategically located near the Chennai and Ennore ports, is set to become operational by late 2025 or early 2026.
