IT major Infosys has informed its employees that it will introduce “system interventions” to ensure compliance with its hybrid work policy, mandating at least 10 days of work from the office each month. The changes, set to take effect from March 10, 2025, were communicated through an internal email sent by functional heads, as reported by The Economic Times.

Infosys, the Bengaluru-based IT services company, has recently announced changes to its work-from-home policy, informing employees in the United States and Canada that the option to work remotely will no longer be available. This decision, affecting over 30,000 employees, comes with a warning of possible disciplinary action for non-compliance.
