Chandigarh Shivers: Coldest Day of Winter Hits at 2.7°C Amid Zero Visibility

Chandigarh experienced its coldest day of the winter season as the minimum temperature plummeted to 2.7°C on Tuesday, marking the third consecutive day of cold wave conditions. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) reported that this is the first time since 2017 that the city's minimum temperature dropped below 3°C. In 2017, it had fallen to 2.4°C on January 11.
