“Man Detained for Allegedly Assaulting Woman on IndiGo Flight from Delhi to Chennai”

A man has been arrested for allegedly molesting a female co-passenger aboard an IndiGo Airlines flight traveling from Delhi to Chennai. The incident occurred on October 9, and the accused, identified as 45-year-old Rajesh Sharma, a marble tile layer by profession, was taken into custody upon the flight’s arrival at Chennai airport.

The woman, who was returning home after a trip to Jaipur and Delhi, reported the incident to the local authorities after landing. With the assistance of the local police, she filed a written complaint detailing her experience, prompting an immediate investigation into the matter.

As of now, IndiGo Airlines has not released an official statement regarding the incident. Authorities are actively looking into the case, gathering information from witnesses and reviewing any available footage to ascertain the events that transpired during the flight.
