In September 2016, Gultesham decided to pursue his acting career in Mumbai, the land of dreams, and soon secured his first big break in the daily soap "Jeet Gayi Toh Piya Morey" on Zee TV. He credits the casting director Dhananjay Pandey for providing him with this opportunity. Since then, Gultesham has acted in numerous daily soaps, including popular shows like "Ishaqbazz" on Star Plus, "Kum Kum Bhagya" on Zee TV, and "Naamkaran" on Star Plus, among others. He is now all set to make an appearance in the upcoming season of the wildly popular show "Naagin" on Colors TV.
