ndia's defence exports have skyrocketed in the past decade, with the country achieving a record Rs 21,000 crore in exports, marking a ten-fold increase from Rs 2,000 crore in 2013. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh announced the milestone during his address at the Army War College in Mhow Cantonment, Madhya Pradesh, where he outlined the ambitious target of raising annual defence exports to Rs 50,000 crore by 2029.
