Speaking of Raghav Binani passion towards acting, at a very young age he found himself drawn to it, which he believes to be a dynamic and vibrant form of artistic expression. When he took the decision to pursue acting professionally, he was struck by the diligence and commitment required of an actor to completely immerse the character. - We are really keen to know, how did your journey begin? :
Raghav Binani says “I have always wanted to become an Actor. I told my parents that I wanted to shift to Mumbai when I was in College. They said that Mumbai is very expensive hence I started doing a part time job with my college and after graduating I came to Mumbai. Since I did not knew anyone in Mumbai I made a list of the production houses and casting agencies here with their addresses which I got from Google so that when I reached I could start visiting them. I started giving auditions from the 3rd day of my arrival here. I also did few jobs here for survival. I have worked as an Assistant Director,Real Estate Broker and casting assistant “

- I am a foodie and I love every food. I love food so much that I cannot continue dieting for more than a day. My favorite would be south Indian I really love it.

I don’t hate food. I live to eat!
- Had I not been Actor:
I would probably be an aspiring Actor, because I literally don’t like doing anything else that pays my bills.
- Like Vacations at :
I am a workaholic so I don’t like vacationing. Being an Actor I get paid vacations, every time I go for an outdoor shoot it’s no less than a vacation, I have been to Goa to shoot last year and it would be my favourite vacationing place till today.

I love watching movies and web series apart from that I also enjoy swimming

- What were the hardships / hurdles your encountered and the way you overcame in your journey :
Firstly it was convincing my family that I wanted to become an Actor after I convinced them it was surviving in Mumbai and getting work here. Success is incomplete without its share of failures. How should one overcome them to move on?
“Failure is very important to learn, if we look at failures as lessons we can not only overcome them but also gain from them. “
- Do you think Actor and its learning’s can be helpful in life even if one does not want to consider it as a career goal :
“Absolutely, being an Actor means understanding life and characters then only one can portray them, understanding these things are very important in life even if one doesn’t want to become an Actor.”
- Who has been your influencer in this journey & how :
“Every Actors who is an outsider has been my influencer beacuse their journeys are so inspiring. “
- Which was “that” moment when you considered yourself as “I am the 1”:
“When I was standing in the que of 2000 people for an audition I realised I was the one as I was probably the only one who had no company but was still standing without complaining. “
- Did you get any formal training and how was that journey:
“I could not afford any big formal training but I took few free of cost acting courses and from each one of them I got to learn a lot.”
