Addressing the gathering, Modi highlighted the impact of the recent interim budget, presented by Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, which aims to empower various segments of the population, including the poor, women, and youth.

“Modi’s Guarantee means a guarantee to fulfill guarantees. Modi’s Guarantee works for those who do not have anything,” stated Prime Minister Modi. Modi emphasized the government’s commitment to eradicating temporary shelters, stating, “Over 4 crore poor families have been provided their own pucca houses in the country, of which around 25 lakh beneficiaries are in Odisha.
