As women and girls, we all have the right to feel safe and secure in our daily lives. However, the sad reality is that women are often targets of violence and abuse. This is why it is important for young girls to learn self-defense techniques at a young age, as a way to empower and protect themselves. Self-defense classes for school girls can teach them valuable skills to help them stay safe in potentially dangerous situations. These classes can also help to boost their confidence, increase their physical strength and coordination, and give them a sense of control in a world where women are often seen as vulnerable. The team operates out of Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, and trains school girls in self-defense and prepares fighters for MMA competitions. Similarly, they have been transforming people for just 2k per month and now they want to train people online for free for the first three months. Approximately 3000 girls have been trained so far.
