Mukesh Ambani Condemns Pahalgam Terror Attack, Offers Free Treatment for Injured

Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani has strongly condemned the recent terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, that resulted in the loss of innocent lives. Expressing heartfelt condolences to the families affected by the tragedy, Ambani also offered free medical treatment to all those injured in the attack at Sir HN Reliance Foundation Hospital in Mumbai.

In a statement shared by Reliance Industries on social media, Ambani expressed his sorrow over the brutal attack, which occurred on April 22, 2025. “I am joined by everyone in the Reliance family in mourning the deaths of innocent Indians in the barbaric terrorist attack in Pahalgam. We offer our heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims. We wish speedy and full recovery to all those injured in the attack. Our Reliance Foundation Sir HN Hospital in Mumbai will offer free treatment to all the injured,” he said.

The Chairman further emphasized his strong stand against terrorism. “Terrorism is an enemy of humanity. It must not be supported by anyone in any manner. We fully stand with our Honourable Prime Minister, the Government of India, and the entire country in the decisive battle against the menace of terrorism,” he declared.

Government’s Response to Pahalgam Attack

In response to the tragic attack, the Indian government has taken several decisive actions. As part of its diplomatic response, the Ministry of External Affairs announced the suspension of visa services to Pakistani nationals, effective immediately. Furthermore, all visas issued to Pakistani nationals have been revoked, and they have been advised to leave India by April 27.

Additionally, the government has implemented several measures in reaction to the attack, including suspending the Indus Waters Treaty with Pakistan, shutting down the integrated check post at the Attari border, and reducing diplomatic staff at both countries’ high commissions.

The Pahalgam attack, which left 26 individuals dead, most of them tourists, has heightened tensions in the region and led to widespread condemnation of the heinous act. The Indian government continues to take strong measures to safeguard national security and respond effectively to acts of terrorism.

With the support of figures like Mukesh Ambani, who have pledged their resources and solidarity, India is sending a strong message against terrorism, reinforcing the importance of unity and resolve in the fight against this global threat.
