In a strong show of solidarity with the Indian government, the Bengaluru Wholesale Cloth Merchants Association (BWCMA) has announced a complete suspension of textile trade with Turkey and Azerbaijan. The decision, effective immediately, comes in response to what the association describes as the two nations’ recent “support” for Pakistan following India’s military action under 'Operation Sindoor'.
