Over the years, she has helped more than 5,900 people, with 4,200 success stories recorded. But Shilpi’s work goes far beyond personal consultations. She is the Founder and Chairperson of Sandesham, an NGO she has led for 15 years. Through this platform, she has provided free education to over 3,000 underprivileged children, supported healthcare needs, and started programs to empower women. Her efforts include counseling women facing abuse, spreading awareness about hygiene, distributing sanitary napkins, and offering skill-based training. With support from ITC, more than 30 women trained by her NGO now earn a stable livelihood.

Outside her professional and social commitments, Shilpi enjoys gardening, cooking, music, and even driving cars. She believes these hobbies keep her grounded and remind her of life’s simple joys.
