West Bengal: Dr. Nandiki Gangadhar Reddy, CEO and Founder of Dongyue Engineering & Fabricators, India, has announced a major strengthening of Dongyue Group’s spares, service and technical support network in West Bengal, aimed at providing faster after-sales service, genuine spare parts, warranty assistance, technical upgrades and training to brick and block manufacturing customers across West Bengal, Assam and the Northeast.

The initiative was highlighted at a special Dongyue Group programme held on 11 September 2026 at Nandi Ash Bricks Industries, Gourandihi, Shalboni, Bankura, West Bengal – 722172.

Service Beyond the Machine Sale

Mr. Owen Cui, Export Head of Dongyue Group, China, attended the programme as the Special Guest. Appreciating the performance of Dongyue India, he praised the high level of service and customer support being provided by the Indian team. He said the strong service and support infrastructure developed under the leadership of Dr. Nandiki Gangadhar Reddy has played an important role in strengthening Dongyue Group’s reputation in India.
